Cottage in the vernacular
Cottage in the vernacular
This cottage is built out of beach stone and (otherwise) clad in Rosemary tiles. It replaces a wooden structure that had been on the site prior to the First World War. It is set in a sea-side garden which protects part of an ancient meadow which is allowed to grow until late in the year when the flora has largely seeded.
