Kew Tropical Extravaganza - Pitcher Plants
These are part of the display in the Princess of Wales Conservatory, to celebrate the 250th anniversary of the founding of Kew Gardens. I think they are Nepenthes Burkei, a carnivorous plant. The pitcher part is a leaf, with a sticky inside surface and liquid inside, so insects are trapped and digested.
