Foreshore and fence in the flood tide
Foreshore and fence in the flood tide
The tide is slowly flooding in from the Sound of Jura and inundating the foreshore. Small patches of seaweed rise and float. The posts of an old stock fence step into deeper water. Smoke drifts from a bonfire in a garden at Ardfern. The smoke passes between Eilean Trąighte and Eilean Mhic Chroin. A small vessel makes its way up the loch towards safe anchorage.
