NS3779 : Millburn Muir transmitter

taken 17 years ago, near to Alexandria, West Dunbartonshire, Scotland

Millburn Muir transmitter
Millburn Muir transmitter
The photograph was taken from the point where a footpath that crosses Poachy Glen meets a road leading to the mast.

The Millburn Muir mast is not a main transmitter. When this photograph was taken, the mast was still broadcasting analogue television signals. (Written in early 2020): After the changeover to digital television, this transmitter offers only Freeview Light, a reduced set of channels, rather than the full Freeview service.
