SY9898 : Bridleway towards River Stour

taken 12 years ago, near to East End, Dorset, Great Britain

Bridleway towards River Stour
Bridleway towards River Stour
This bridleway heads 800 yards across a floodplain towards the River Stour from the A31. When the river floods, it looks very different, see SY9898 : Flooding at Bear Mead.
Horses and their riders cannot cross the final 200 yards because the riverside fields are private.
