NX4583 : The Devil's Bowling Green

taken 14 years ago, near to Craignaw [hill or Mountain], Dumfries And Galloway, Great Britain

The Devil's Bowling Green
The Devil's Bowling Green
A large expanse of flat rock, littered with stones and small rocks and known as The Devil's Bowling Green.
The Galloway hills are quite rough in nature and more akin to the Highland hills rather than their eastern Border neighbours.
