The Tail O' The Bank
The Firth of Clyde between Greenock and Helensburgh is known as The Tail O' The Bank. Seen from the viewpoint car park by the B788 above the east end of Greenock. The entrance to the Gareloch can be seen to the right as can part of the submarine base at Faslane. The Great Harbour can be seen in the foreground.
