Blagdon Estate, South Lodge.
The Blagdon white bulls. These were painted black during the war years. The South entrance is normally the main entrance to Blagdon Hall, but has been closed because the latest opencast workings cut across the South drive.
NZ2276 : Blagdon Hall Northumberland still has a herd of relict wild white cattle at Chillingham. Do the gate adornments here have anything to do with that breed?
