SN1432 : Rhestr Gerrig from Carn Menyn

taken 15 years ago, near to Mynachlog-Ddu, Pembrokeshire/Sir Benfro, Wales

Rhestr Gerrig from Carn Menyn
Rhestr Gerrig from Carn Menyn
Looking westward from Carn Menyn the thin grey line in the middle distance is called Rhestr Gerrig, the stone row or River of Stones, a moraine left by a shrinking glacier, now partially buried in peat and overgrown by heather.
The sweep of moorland beyond is Cors Tewgyll.
