House on Rhos Fach

Rhos Fach is a open common at the foot of the Preseli hills to the west of Mynachlogddu. It times gone by this would have been an area where squatters could attempt to lay claim to freehold by erecting a 'ty-unnos' (overnight house) of wood and turf, later to be converted into a stone dwelling.
