Roadbridge Over River Ray, Islip
Roadbridge Over River Ray, Islip
A nice picture of a traffic free moment, taken at the end of the main bridge spanning the River Ray. This original longstanding bridge is single file to traffic, and is unsignalled at each end (traffic travelling in direction of view has priority). In the background at the end is The Swan pub, one of two pubs in Islip. In my opinion, one of the prettiest bridges in Britain.
