The view could be in the Cotswolds given the style of the buildings seen here and the materials used. It isn't quite. The Cotswolds starts a few kms north-west at Cirencester. The roof in the foreground is over the chancel and sanctuary of the church.

Some churches allow occasional public access to their tower roofs. These provide exceptional opportunities to obtain views that are usually impossible to capture, and sometimes enable one to see buildings that are hidden from view at ground level. They always provide a fascinating and different perspective on otherwise unremarkable places.
