JJ's Cafe, Heaton Road, Byker (2/13)
A series of photos of places to eat in either on, or just off, Shields Rd, Byker.
This is just off Shields Road but I couldn't exclude, not least because it's by far the best cafe and we can be found here most Saturday (late) mornings reading the Guardian and having the full fried breakfast.
I have been told, but I don't know if it's true, that Cheryl Cole, the pop princess and x factor judge, used to wait on tables here - I certainly haven't noticed her in here recently
