Drinkstone Mills - the smock mill
Drinkstone Mills - the smock mill
The smock mill, built c.1800 on top of an older horse-driven mill, and later driven by an oil engine in the white-painted shed. Seen from the track leading up to the 1580s post mill. On the left is an old railway carriage reused as a store.
