The River Dee below the Devil's Point
The River Dee below the Devil's Point
There was a fine show of autumn colours with the brown grass almost glowing under the sun which was shining from a clear sky. The hill behind is called the Devil's Point being a euphemistic translation of its Gaelic name "Bod an Deamhain" which is more accurately translated as "the devil's penis".
