NZ2176 : Bull Barrier

taken 15 years ago, 3 km from Dinnington, Newcastle Upon Tyne, England

Bull Barrier
Bull Barrier
At the back of the overflow carpark at Milkhope Centre.

There is a pathway which takes you towards the reclaimed opencast and the site of the pond in another photo.

The barrier is there to prevent vehicular access, and is decorated with The Ridley family motif of a Black Bull.

The buildings of Milkhope farm, now the Milkhope Centre, can be seen in this view.
