Fallen boundary marker
This fallen structure, accessible at low tide, is located about 280 metres SSE of a similar marker; see Link for a picture of the latter.
However, the fallen marker, which would have stood about 5.4 metres tall, differs in that its top part is rounded: see NS3476 : Fallen boundary marker (detail).
In the background, in the right-hand side of the image, an embankment of stones is visible; this is intended to prevent the railway line from being flooded.
