The Queen Elizabeth II Bridge is a 137m high and 812m long cable-stayed road bridge across the River Thames, part of the Dartford Crossing on the A282 (M25 motorway link). It was opened in 1991 by Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.

The A282 is a 4.5 mile long road that includes the Dartford Crossing across the River Thames between Essex and Kent. It forms part of the London Orbital connecting junctions 2 and 31 of the M25.
