The Great Harbour
The Great Harbour
Viewed from national Cycle Network Route 75 high above the east end of Greenock. The ships are Maersk Maryland (left) and Liquid Gold. They were joined a short while later by another Maersk owned vessel which had been sitting at anchor at the Tail O' The Bank in the Firth of Clyde. It is unusual to see commercial vessels in the harbour these days.

Helensburgh is visible across the Clyde.
