Lismore Lighthouse
Lismore Lighthouse
Sitting on an islet at the southwestern tip of Lismore, the lighthouse was designed by Robert Stevenson and established in 1833. The first keeper was one Robert Selkirk who was a direct descendant of Alexander Selkirk, the real life inspiration for Robinson Crusoe. In the distance are the snow dusted peaks of Ben Cruachan.
