Groomsport harbour, Christmas Day 2009
Christmas Day 2009 at Groomsport harbour, taken at 12:01pm. The weather in North Down on the day was fantastic - clear blue skies and not a drop of wind. It was chilly however - the air temperature at 8:00am was exactly 0°C and by 12:00pm it had only risen to 1°C. By early evening a warm front moved up from the south bringing rain and the temperature rose to 5°C.
