Well wrapped up for the cold
Well wrapped up for the cold
Some kind soul has given Kenny MacKay's statue of the late Donald Dewar at the top of Buchanan Street a nice warm bunnet and scarf to fend off the cold.

Donald Campbell Dewar (21 August 1937 11 October 2000) was Scotland's first First Minister. He died as the result of an accidental fall in Edinburgh.
