Beddgelert : Cwm Dyli Hydroelectric Power Station
Cwm Dyli Hydroelectric Power Station was built over 100 years ago by the North Wales Power and Traction Company to supply electricity to the "Portmadoc, Beddgelert and South Snowdon Railway". The railway failed before the power station was completed, but electricity is still generated for the National Grid.
