Diffwys ridge and the Rhinogydd
Diffwys ridge and the Rhinogydd
From the 'stone pillar' on this minor top, the ridge curves east towards Diffwys itself (in cloud and just out of shot on the right). Then it turns north to y Llethr, the hill in the middle. Rhinog Fach hides behind it from this angle. The characteristic gap, Bwlch Drws Ardudwy, separating Rhinog Fach and Fawr is conspicuous from here than from anywhere else. The dark south face of Rhinog Fawr stands out on the left.
