The reservoir is full after winter rains and water coming down the spillway creates interesting diamond shaped patterns. The bracken is golden in the afternoon sun, and contrasts with SX6864 : Picnic table below the Avon Dam; it was taken from in front of the same picnic table. The dam is in SX6765 as is the road bridge.
