SX7280 : Boundaries, near Jay's Grave

taken 17 years ago, 3 km from Manaton, Devon, England

Boundaries, near Jay's Grave
Boundaries, near Jay's Grave
The Jay's Grave to Natsworthy bridleway is bounded by the stone wall here. The magnificent mature beech trees mark a field boundary that has not been managed over the years. The trees lean to the east, the direction of the prevailing winds on Dartmoor.
