On the banks of the River Suir a few hundred metres from Rice Bridge, at least the bus station is on the same side of the river as the main town, unlike the railway station. From here a fleet of Bus Eirann coaches departs for various destinations, including Dublin, Rosslare, Cork and Limerick.
