taken 14 years ago, near to Alnwick, Northumberland, England

Gates to the Poison Garden
Gates to the Poison Garden
The gates themselves have a special history, the gate posts are reconstructed originals from the Estate and the gates are locally produced new ones. You can easily see the spider and poison Ivy, but there are other poisonous items designed into the gate.
