The photo was taken during a tour of the college at half term when no pupils were present. The school has about 720 pupils, so around 300 will be taking public exams in May and June. Several areas of the Sports Centre were laid out with tables and chairs, with sheeting on the floor over the sports playing surface.

. It started as a school for the sons of doctors and still has strong connections to the medical profession. It has Victorian red-brick buildings in large grounds with many mature trees. It has about 720 pupils, age 13 to 18.
