TQ3468 : Disused platform at Norwood Junction

taken 14 years ago, near to South Norwood, Croydon, England

Disused platform at Norwood Junction
Disused platform at Norwood Junction
The numbered platforms at this station currently go from 1 to 6 (though 2 is disused). The track on the platform face in the foreground would be 7 but is not normally used for stopping trains. Beyond that is what has clearly been a railway building, from the style of the weatherboarding, and may have been a goods loading bay or similar, but is now totally disused.
