Discussion on SH7112
SH7112 : Llyn Cau, Cadair Idris
While volcanic rocks are present, the depression occupied by Llyn Cau is suggested in the Open University's Geology Group's newsletter at
http://www.gcougs.org.uk/OUGS%20newsletter%20december%202004.pdf
as being a 'cirque' (cwm/corrie) rather than a volcanic crater.
