Wansborough Papermill
Wansborough Papermill
Taken across the Washford River from the Brendon Hills Mineral Line cyclepath. This used to be a Reed & Smith mill producing quality & protective papers from esparto grass and woodpulp. Now owned by St. Regis, it recycles corrugated cardboard and similar materials. Note the tautliners unloading cardboard bales. St. Decuman's Church is on the hill behind, with a disused papermill chimney (demolished 2011)to its left.
