The water tower of TQ8277 : Allhallows Water Tower, TQ8277 : Water Tower, Allhallows and TQ8277 : Water Tower and O2 Signal Mast has, since 2008, been converted into a radar station. It is operated by the Port of London Authority to monitor ship movements on the Thames. The Yantlet Line (TQ8678 : London Stone, Yantlet Creek) which marks the downstream limit of the PLAs area lies 4 km to the east.
