The monument and grave of Sir Briggs are in the Cedar Garden at Tredegar House. Sir Briggs was the horse ridden by Sir Godfrey Morgan during the Charge of the Light Brigade at the Battle of Balaclava in the Crimean War in 1854. Both survived the charge. Also buried here are pet dogs.
