Wells Park Road entrance to Sydenham Wells Park
A small park. This park was officially opened in 1901 and is regarded as one of the most attractive in the Borough of Lewisham. It gets its name from a number of springs within its borders. These springs were thought to have medicinal powers during the 18th and 19th centuries. Facilities include tennis courts, putting green and a children's play area, as well as formal gardens, nature reserve and water features.
