I believe this is the Grade II building recorded in 1976 as No. 68 as the listing grid reference is a close match with MAGIC. "Late C18 or early C19. 2 storeys in brick with pantile roof, hipped to left. Diagonal-set brick eaves cornice. 3 windows, 1 smaller to centre, moulded wood cases, no glazing bars. Ground floor has 2 windows with rusticated lintels with keystones. Small modern window. Doorcase with carved pilasters and cornice, flat hood on brackets. Carved door of 6 fielded panels, rectangular fanlight. Side elevation has blocked circular window. Storage premises to rear. 2 windows and 2 to side elevation." LinkExternal link
