Geograph - photograph every grid square

Dear Mr. Harper,

I apologise in advance for expressing my true opinion.
It bothers me that you have photographed my family home of 18 years and then copyrighted an image which we've captured numerous times, also readily available on earth sites and other material about Lustleigh.

I'm afraid to say that if I want to publish the same image, taken by me, with the same light and from the same angle, I will refuse to respect your copyright claim. However, as I would never dream of using your exact same photograph, we certainly do not have a conflict of interests.
