St Nicholas' church in Fundenhall - screen canopy
Traces of former painted decorations can be seen on the underside of the rood screen canopy. The church of St Nicholas > Link has a central tower and dates from Norman times. It was extensively restored in the 19th century when much of its original features were removed. The original candle beam and canopy of the rood screen > Link remain in place at the west end of the central crossing.
