This dramatic rock stack stands high on the slopes of Cairn Broadlands. The River South Esk meanders along the floor of the glen. The small farm is Moulzie where a Balmoral Estate stalker has been based for many years. Across the glen stand Dog Hillock and the Capel Mounth. A path to Ballater (approx 15 miles distant) zig-zags up the SE slope of Capel Mounth.
