The George Hotel
The George Hotel
Public House which dates back to 1683, located in The Land of Green Ginger. This pub is reputedly home to England's smallest window which was used as a look out for coaches and other custom approaching a gateway that was situated nearby. The window is no more than a vertical slit in the rusticated stonework and it can be seen to the right of the brass plaque on the left of picture.
