Luddington churchyard
St. Oswald's Luddington dominates the surrounding area. It appears to be a very large church but in reality it is no bigger than most village churches. Two factors help in giving it its apparent size - the flatness of the landscape - and the fact that the church stands on a mound 2 - 3 metres high which this photograph attempts to show. This is not apparent from outside the churchyard which is well screened by high hedges.
