New house near Stonepark

On a minor road to Ballynagarde. This house appears to be finished but empty, there are many new finished or unfinished houses in the countryside around Limerick. Many are four or five bedroom detached houses like this, often standing back from the road without near neighbours. There are also many new housing estates on the edges of towns.
