A449 - A40 overbridge, Raglan
A449 - A40 overbridge, Raglan
The A449 sweeps southwards while the A40 curves around and over to head west. The junction between the two major routes is a classic 1960s "trumpet" design, now something of a rarity in the UK, though there is another on the A449 itself near Usk LinkExternal link.
