SN8658 : Summit area of Drygarn Fawr

taken 15 years ago, near to Drygarn Fawr [hill or Mountain], Powys, Great Britain

Summit area of Drygarn Fawr
Summit area of Drygarn Fawr
The summit area of Drygarn Fawr is a place of much interest with a very large and well constructed cairn at the highest point, a trig point to the west of it and a modest amount of exposed rock. Above all the area is dry - in great contrast to the approach from the east!
