The path gently makes its way down to Hive Beach which is owned by the National Trust. On the right in the green canvas building is the Hives Beach Cafe selling and serving delicious local produce. Behind that is the gridline running straight into the sea and the Burton Cliff Hotel. In the distance is Golden Cap and Lyme Bay.
