Either the work of a verbose graffiti artist or an old installation of the Waygood Gallery who have been renovating the adjacent Wards Building NZ2464 : High Bridge
The end of the lane is the site for one of the two 'space invaders' in this locality NZ2464 : The Duke of Wellington, High Bridge
