Coming to the end of the cutting
Carrying on northwards on the Biddulph Valley Way from SJ8860 : Seat with a view and the embankments are starting to become lower. The Biddulph Valley Way is a popular trail created from a disused railway line and at this point is also part of the Whitemore Local Nature Reserve.
