St. Catherine Argyle Church, Grange Road
Built originally as the Chalmers Memorial Free Church in 1865 in memory of their first moderator, Professor Thomas Chalmers. He was described on his death as "perhaps the greatest, certainly the best beloved Scotsman of the present generation" and is buried in the Grange Cemetery opposite. LinkExternal link
