Like the other structure I have posted on here, I don't know what this is however I believe it to be some kind of WWII military relic. It is covered over with chicken wire and half full of water.
Since originally posting these images a local resident has contacted me via geograph informing me that these structures were for holding water to extinguish any fires that may have broken out.
