A block of centrally located offices and flats. The building houses a regional office of the North East Chamber of Commerce (NECC). It was originally built in the 1890s as a rear extension to the Post Office on St Nicholas Street. Denton Chare opens on the left NZ2463 : Denton Chare and an archway on the right (just off the picture) provides access to NZ2463 : St Nicholas Chare
